The EENC Nomination Committee is now accepting applications for the 2024 Board of Directors!

The Committee is seeking dedicated board members who want to make a positive impact in North Carolina's community of environmental educators and participate in a dynamic and committed team. Thank you in advance for your interest in supporting our work through this meaningful engagement.

Position Overview:

Board Members at EENC play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the organization. By utilizing their expertise, commitment, and passion, they contribute to realizing EENC's mission of building connections, providing professional development, and promoting excellence for North Carolina's environmental educators. As a board member, you will actively engage in decision-making, collaborate with fellow board members, and provide oversight to ensure the organization's values and objectives are upheld.

Interested individuals are encouraged to submit nomination via our application form (below). In addition, we request applicants send their resume to pastpresident@eenc.org. EENC's board development committee will review applications and conduct interviews with prospective candidates. Please note: this application was originally posted on an older version of our website, but the application has remained static – no need to reapply.
