About This Event


Meander together through Duke Gardens with Director of Learning, Kavanah Anderson. We will follow our interests, guided by observations and inspired by new understandings of plant intelligence described in The Light Eaters by Zoe Schlanger.


This experience will count as 1.5 hours toward Criteria 2/CEUS for NC EE Certification.


Parking fees of $2 per hour apply, payable only through Duke’s Blue Spot parking payment website (there is no onsite option for paying via cash or card).


Our construction will be over by then and the renovated entrance will be open (very exciting). We can meet in the gathering area indicated by the red circle:
