Ironically, data illustrates that leaders who can find their way to inclusive leadership foster teams that are more relevant, competitive, and resilient.Studies show employees are more likely to leave a supervisor, than a job. This is crucial because 46% of new hires leave a company within their first year. As expectations rise for inclusive leadership and equitable workplaces, how can we create spaces where employees want to stay?

This session will go beyond conversation about leadership styles, and explore emotional intelligence, cultural humility, and equity-centered imperatives.
