This
year, the EENC conference planning committee has chosen
to highlight five strands at our 11th Annual Conference:
-
Mountain Ecosystems
-
Environmental Justice
-
Environmental Issues in the Mountains
-
Sustainability
-
Excellence in EE
We
have organized a diversity of concurrent sessions and field
trips that will allow you to follow one strand throughout
the conference, or explore many. As much as possible, the
mountains are used as the example for each strand. Set against
the beautiful backdrop of the North Carolina mountains in
June, we are really excited to delve into these issues,
educate ourselves, and network with educators around the
state.
