Registration
REGISTRATION includes tuition, all meals, keynote speakers and lodging. Field trips and workshops are included with registration, except those with fees specifically noted. If you live nearby or would like alternative lodging, you may register as a commuter for the entire conference or for each day in which you plan to participate in any conference activities (field trips, workshops, panels, etc.).
SAVE MONEY BY REGISTERING EARLY!
- Registration fees will return to regular conference rates (an increase of $20) after September 10.
- Day rates will remain the same.
- Online registration ends October 23rd. After that, walk-ins will be accepted on-site first-come-first-served, but you will not be able to reserve lodgings, workshops or field trips ahead of time after Oct. 23.

Membership Fees
|
Membership renewal for 2009 takes place with conference registration; we welcome new members who join with their registration.
Our annual conference is a member benefit; there is a $30 fee for registering as a nonmember.
All registrants MUST include membership or nonmember fees with conference registration except Life Members.
