EENC's 17th Annual Conference: EE for a LIFETIME

October 26-28, 2007

Silent AuctionMarty Hulsebos_Sunrise

This is our “fun”draiser. Loads of fun while you're supporting our organization and getting great new things to take home with you. Remember to bring contributions to the auction; hand them over at the Registration table.  The more “wonder”ful the items, the better.

Donated Auction Items should be new, like new (very gently used), something you'd consider giving as a gift. Popular items include artwork for inside or out, fine crafts, books, t-shirts, and  posters. In keeping with our conference theme, sustainably produced and/or fair trade are desirable.

A few of the items already in hand:

"Evening Thoughts" book by Thomas Berry

Jewelry from Old Turtle Man

A stay at Wolfpit Plantation Bed & Breakfast near Louisburg, NC

Book bags (or grocery bags) made out of recycled billboard ads

Photo by the very talented photographer, Marty Hulsebos (see sample of his work, above)

You can get started with your donations now! Click here for a fill-out-able PDF form for submitting information on the items you plan to bring to the Silent Auction. One donor can include up to 5 items on one form. However, please note that if you are bring something from a separate donor (who will want a receipt for charitable donations, etc.) then you must fill out a separate form with their information at the top.
