of EENC to attend the conference.

conference registration except Life Members.
Membership rates are:

paying individual membership fees; all three must pay conference registration

What if I don’t want to come for the whole weekend?
Registration Fees are based on the
number of days/nights you attend the conference, the “Level” of lodging you
select (Lutheridge offers a variety of accommodations), and whether you request
a single room or plan to share with a roommate or several others. Please read the lodging descriptions below before
filling in the registration form, and refer to the following guidelines to
determine which “package” meets your needs:
Whole weekend = 2 or 3 nights + 2 or 3 days (6-8 meals +
receptions):
- Thurs. eve. - Sunday
- Thurs. eve - Saturday eve.
- Friday - Sunday
1 nite + 2 days (4-5 meals + reception):
- Fri. morning - Sat. eve.
- Sat. morning - Sunday
1-nite + 1 day (3 meals + reception):
- Thurs. eve + Fri. workshops
- Fri. eve + daytime Sat. (staying for Sat. eve. = $20
extra)
- Sat. morning - Sun morning ("really, I'm leaving
early Sun. morning")
- Fri. morning – Sat. morning ("really, I'm leaving
early Sat. morning")
We do not offer “a la carte” registration for specific activities, beyond
the various portions of the weekend described above. If you plan to come just for part of a day,
you must register for at least that whole day.

REGISTRATION includes tuition, all meals, keynote speakers and
lodging. Field trips and workshops are “free” with registration, except
those with fees specifically noted. If
you are not registering for the entire weekend, you must register for each day
in which you plan to participate in any conference activities (field trips,
workshops, panels, etc.).
Guests/spouses/children:
We hope you will understand that the biggest cost of holding the
conference is the rental of the facility.
Therefore, we must ask everyone who stays on site to pay the conference
registration fee for the time they are there, even if they plan to leave the
site and do other activities on their own during the day. Spouses do not need to pay EENC membership
fees. (If you and a spouse register, we
may allow small children to accompany you for free, or for a nominal fee for
meals. Please call us to discuss your
situation). The conference is a
professional development weekend for adults only. If you plan to bring
your family, see the Asheville
Area Chamber of Commerce website (www.ashevillechamber.org/) for
area attractions for them while you attend the conference activities.
Guest Exception: If
you would like to bring a guest to the Saturday evening activities (keynote,
awards, eco-reception, silent-auction), guest tickets are available for $20
each. These must be purchased as an
add-on to one regular registration.
Refund Policy: Sorry,
but we do not offer refunds! EENC is a non-profit, all-volunteer
organization. Since space will be booked for you, EENC cannot refund
Annual Conference registration fees for any reason. We will, however,
transfer your fee to someone who may take your place. Should
you be unable to attend, please find someone to attend in your place and notify
us, or consider your registration fee a charitable contribution to EENC. Thank you for understanding.

LODGING OPTIONS
Lutheridge Conference Center is a great location for our conference
theme and threads. Conference participants will appreciate the many
sustainable practices that Lutheridge has implemented: use of
sustainable, shade-grown, fair trade coffee in their coffee service;
recycling bins everywhere; elimination of disposables in their food
service (yes please DO take your coffee cup out of the dining hall -
just return it when you're done to be washed and used again).
Lutheridge has incorporated their values of care for the environment
into concrete practices at their conference center. This will be a very
conducive setting for discussing opportunities to get EE "out there"
through other faith-based avenues, to explore sustainability in
everyday living, and to identify community connections and
intergenerational learning opportunities as we pursue EE FOR A
LIFETIME.
